Acting on behalf of Bushbury Lane Club, Michael Tromans & Co have agreed a sale to Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Ltd, following a successful planning application to demolish the existing buildings, create a new restaurant with drive-thru and a 2,000 ft2 retail unit. Other works include the creation of a roundabout at the junction of Bushbury Lane and Showell Road.
