Acquisition for Compton Care

Michael Tromans & Co LLP acted on behalf of Compton Care to acquire a new 10,000 sq.ft. city centre store, following the closure of their Garrick Street store last year due to redevelopment of the area. The new store is in the former Wilkinsons unit on Snow Hill, oposite Wolverhampton Market. Retail Plus will encompass the very best of Compton Care charity shops featuring fashion, furniture, electricals, a dedicated kids departementand a brand new range of giftware called 'Gifts that do good', in addition the store will also feature a Compton Coffee Cafe. The store is set to open in October following a comprehensive fit out.
