Michael Tromans & Co have acquired 3 sites on behalf of Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants. Leasehold and freehold deals have been agreed on sites in Birmingham, Dudley and Stourbridge, adding a further 280 rooms to the successful Premier Inn brand. With over 650 hotels in the UK and 52,000 rooms available, Premier Inn have an ambition to increase this to 75,000 rooms by 2018.
